RaidNexus ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Raid Nexus LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use raidnexus.com (the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. If you link Battle.net, we receive your BattleTag and account ID from Blizzard.

Game data: When you connect Battle.net, we access your World of Warcraft character and guild data through Blizzard's API. This includes character names, realms, classes, levels, and guild membership.

Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used to improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your identity
  • To fetch your WoW character and guild data from Blizzard
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, password reset)
  • To improve the Service

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway (database) and Vercel (frontend). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Authentication tokens are hashed with Argon2. We use HTTPS for all connections.

Third-Party Services

  • Blizzard Entertainment: We use Battle.net OAuth and the WoW Game Data API to access your character and guild information. Blizzard's privacy policy applies to data they collect.
  • Google: If you sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to their authentication service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., displaying your character name to guild members in shared raid setups).

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can disconnect your Battle.net account at any time through Settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) and the Battle.net OAuth flow. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
