Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RaidNexus, operated by Raid Nexus LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using raidnexus.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

RaidNexus is a tool for World of Warcraft guild management and Great Vault roster optimization. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Battle.net. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for the purpose of impersonating others or claiming guilds you are not a member of.

Guild Data

When you claim or join a guild, you acknowledge that guild roster data is sourced from Blizzard's API and displayed to other guild members who use the Service. Raid setup data you create may be shared via share links.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Claim guilds you are not a member of in-game
• Violate Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service through your use of RaidNexus

Blizzard / World of Warcraft

RaidNexus is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and Battle.net are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. We access WoW data through Blizzard's official API under their developer terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Raid Nexus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raid Nexus LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Raid Nexus LLC is registered.
